RFID tags and Key Fobs
Every resident who wants to use the automated resident entry lane must have a valid RFID sticker on each vehicle. These are non-transferable (yes, a new sticker must be purchased when you change vehicles) and are deactivated when you move. This helps maintain secure access to our community.
Electronic key fobs are required to access the clubhouse and pool facilities. These are your responsibility to manage and maintain. They will be deactivated when you move or if they are lost. Replacement fobs can be purchased from the Property Manager and fobs can be transferred to new owners for a reduced fee.
You must schedule an appointment with the Property Manager to purchase RFID stickers and key fobs.
Community Facility Hours and Rules
The community facilities must be treated with respect so that everyone can enjoy them. There is video surveillance throughout and around the facilities which is monitored for inappropriate behavior.
Clubhouse: The clubhouse facilities are open for use between 5:00am and 11:00pm.
Exercise Room: No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the exercise room.
Kids Club & Playground: Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised (within line of sight) by a responsible adult while they are in the community facilities. This includes the playground and Kids Club. Parents may not leave their children unattended while they use the exercise room.
Pool: The pool, deck area, and spa are open from dawn until dusk. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa and, like elsewhere, must be supervised by a responsible adult while in the pool area.
Tennis and Basketball: The courts are available for use between x:xxam and y:yypm. Two of the tennis courts have lights and we request that you please turn them off when you leave. Also, these courts are very popular so please be courteous. You cannot reserve them in advance and you should limit your time to less than 1 hour if someone is waiting.
Parking
Parking is restricted to one side of our streets in order for emergency vehicles, and the rest of us, to easily pass. Parking is permitted on the odd sides of the streets during the odd quarters of the year and the even sides during even quarters.
- January 1-March 31: Odd
- April 1-June 30: Even
- July 1-September 30: Odd
- October 1-December 31: Even
Overnight street and clubhouse parking is not allowed and cars may not be parked on the grass.
Trash pickup
Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling is also picked up on Tuesdays and lawn debris is picked up on Fridays. Please do not put any trash, recycling or yard waste out by the curb before 5:00pm the day before pickup, and please remove your trash cans by the pickup night.
Fishing & Lake Access
Fishing, swimming and boating are not permitted on our lakes. They are lovely to look at but they are also homes to occasional alligators.
Architecture & Landscaping
All architectural and landscaping changes to your property must be approved in advance by the architectural review board. Application forms are available on this site and the process is usually quick and painless but sometimes your plans might need to be tweaked a little and no one likes having to redo their alterations.
